Premiere Behavioral Supports is serving clients in the South Jersey area. Our company is for developmentally disabled adults living in the community who need assistance with everyday tasks and learning to cope with social challenges or provide support to learn to become more independent. We provide supportive services for adults to achieve independence with the assistance of highly skilled professionals who deeply value the well-being of our clients. We take great pride in providing our community with high-quality and patient-centric care.
Our Executive Team
Jason Giansanti
President
Jason is the founder and President of Premiere Behavioral Supports. Jason began working with children with special needs in the fall of 2002. More than a decade later, he is more intrigued by human behavior than he ever was. Over the years, he has gained hands-on experience working directly with learners in the classroom, community residential setting, and home environments, as well as several years' experience overseeing both community-based residential facilities, as well as in home support programs for the developmentally disabled population. His professional interests include treating severe behavior, working towards a client's goals to achieve more independence.
Peter DiGiacomo
Director Of Staffing
Peter is the Director Of Staffing of Premiere Behavioral Supports. Peter began working with children with developmental disabilities in 2001. Throughout his sixteen-year career, he has developed a passion for serving the developmentally disabled population. Peter’s vast experience managing community residential programs and serving as an in-home advanced behavioral technician. Peter’s professional interests include hiring well-rounded, people-centered individuals to help them gain independence through their assistance.
Justin O'Hara
Director of Operations
Justin is the Director Of Operations of Premiere Behavioral Supports. Justin started working with consumers with mental health issues and developmental disabilities at his time at various mental health faculties. . He has years of experience collaboratively working with team members; school staff, Physicians, and other agencies to coordinate benefits and services to provide accountability while simultaneously overseeing billing for services and insurance invoice completion, monthly financial budgets as well as annual operating budgets, and submitting monthly behavior tracking data graphs for all direct support cases.

Premiere Behavioral Support LLC Custom Person-Centered model is a way of coordinating services that position the individual at the center of their support process throughout all stages and aspects of planning. This model planning assists in identifying what is essential to the individual while integrating what is essential for the individual.
